Helping the Wife with her Canning
These photographs were taken helping my wife with Canning. We’re moving from just canning fruits, jams, jellies and veggies to complete meals. No refrigeration required. Just open it up, heat it up and it’s ready to eat. Most of the meals cost less than $1.00 per serving, so it’s very cost effective and quick. I have taken some of the close-ups using a photo box. You must maintain the psi between 10 to 13 for 90 minutes. The 10-13 psi is required at sea level (Los Angeles)...
